This post will provide updates on the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is affecting our services as a film and TV extras agency.

During this unprecedented time, COVID-19 is having a massive effect on our industry and day-to-day life in general. This post will be updated to keep you informed about any changes to our service at Uni-versal Extras.

Wednesday 15th April

In response to the situation, we have implemented our business continuity plan to ensure the health and safety of our extras and employees. Our office is currently closed. We wanted to warn you that this may impact the speed to which we are able to respond to your queries – we ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

While our office is closed, we are continuing to process applications and moderate photos. Now is the perfect time to log in and ensure that all your details and information are up-to-date.

We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that we adhere to the latest government guidelines in relation to the coronavirus. As you probably know, film and TV production has widely been put on hold. If you are currently booked with us for filming in the future, we will contact you with any updates as soon as we have them. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor the situation.

For 15 years Uni-versal Extras has been committed to providing a first-class service. We can still be contacted on the normal numbers and emails. Our online service is also available – we welcome all members to log into their profile at www.universalextras.co.uk to check that their information and photos are up-to-date.
